White Space Conflict | Styling by JENNIFER BIGHAM

Jen Bigham worked with photographer Trevor Paulhus on location at Jeff Milburn‘s shop to create photo series “White Space Conflict.”

Jen and I touched base about the shoot for the first time only a couple days prior. I gave her some tears that kinda fit what I had in mind and we chatted briefly about it being very casual and loose. That was it. We have worked together a few times before, and Jen is great, so I knew whatever she brought to the table would be perfect.

Jen pulled wardrobe from Traffic L.A for this shoot.

Everything that Jen pulled fit perfectly. Sexy, but nothing over the top. Simple and minimal but refined. It was great. Her taste and edit of of the looks were spot on. As well as her use of several pieces pulled into looks that were available to her from our resources at the location. That authenticity often made the shot.

Jen recalls : One of the coolest things about this shoot was the location. Jeff told us all about the old cars and his brave tale overcoming a doctor’s diagnosis that he would be forever paralyzed. Inspiring!

Trevor agrees.
The only challenge the location gave us was that there was too many cool spots to pick from. It is such a rad shop and Jeff is such a great guy. We could have spent another full day there shooting.
